Two factor verification not working

For the last few days I have been trying to login via AMP Login, after password I'm prompted to enter the Authentication Code, I'm receiving this about 5 minutes later via email (I'm only receiving about 1 in 5 requests). I've check my spam filters etc. I enter the Code, and get posted back to the login page.  I can't raise this as an issue as your chat and help functions all follow the same process.  I need to login ASAP.  what can I do?
