Is there Customer Involvement with Assisted Migration?

I've purchased an inMotion hosting plan.  I had understood in conversations with inMotion sales that I would be involved with the migration even though I will be using the for-fee assisted migration program to move five domains.  I sent in the assisted migration forms this morning and they were a bit ambiguous as to whether inMotion will do the migration without me, or if they will schedule so I can participate.  Among other things, I have PHP code that will need database access changes to reflect the change in host-specific database names.  Can someone familiar with this process advise me? The domains I'm transferring are exclusively PHP and MySQL, no Wordpress or other template systems.  I'm concerned that if the domains get transferred without my participation I'll have extended down time while I update database access, etc.  Thanks
